I reside in Tellico Village, a Lake and Golf Community in Loudon TN just outside of Knoxville TN, (where I previously resided for over 15 years). I obtained my Real Estate license in 2011, and upgraded to a Broker's license June 2024. In addition to assisting home buyers and sellers; I assisted the Compliance Broker, at my previous brokerage, by reviewing contracts, addendums, and disclosures, identifying potential risks to help ensure accuracy".
